Bought the ink and refill and loved it

I bought this being skeptical as usual and it was the easiest thing to use and keep using. Here it is 6 months later and I still have ink and I still have refill left. I print quite a bunch and it is most awesome. I wish I had the need to have the reserve ink refill product.....I can't recommend this enough!

I love this product. Not only it's very easy to install and refill, the price is just a bargain. I print a lot for my work, and you can really tell how much I love this unique product. It just saves me A LOT OF MONEY!! Besides, the instruction CLEARLY states that the free ink cartridges have only been pre-filled less then 1/3 of the ink just for the customers to try. I can totally understand why Ink Nova USA offer this option so that if there is any issue with the ink cartridges, we can find out right away. I DON'T KNOW how can someone be "SO SMART" to mis-understand what it means.... Anyway, I really like this product and will continue using their products! Besides, I contacted the customers before regarding a small issue with one of my ink cartridges, the representative was been very nice and helpful. Thought it was only a small issue, he really took his time and really showed that he want to help me solving it. Good Job!!
